Designated by the Human Capital Institute as a Master Human Capital Strategist, I combine human performance improvement tools with human capital management ideas to provide an integrated approach to performance improvement.
My approach recognizes that the performance of human capital drives service delivery in the public sector. People do jobs and tasks that deliver service to citizens and communities.
Performance connects responsibility for delivering a service to accountability for the results of service delivered. Closing this loop is what I like to do.
I think that human capital performance starts with proficiency in the competencies used to deliver service.
Finding and removing performance barriers for people and teams is a good way to improve performance and enhance service delivery.
