Organization Development: Working on the Human Condition

Organization Development (OD) is a body of knowledge and a set of practices concerned with effective organizational performance.

OD Practitioners work to establish an environment and set/restore conditions that enable organizational success and enhance employee wellness. The work is prmarily done through diagnostics and planned interventions in human systems and in related areas within organizations. 

I offer a range of OD services:

  • Diagnosis, assessment, and review of organizations.
  • Establishing strategies and designing and aligning functions to improve performance.
  • Design and implementation of talent pipelines.
  • Development and delivery of programs to implement change and/or leverage transition.
  • Coaching executives and management teams in managing change and leading transition.
  • Facilitation of events and workshops.
  • Use of self-assessment tools to clarify individual and group strengths and challenges.
